Williemon is singing his song, Why Can't We All Get Along. When the 5 police beat down Rodney King it was worse than the George Floyd incident. They kept smashing him with batons and he was handicapped for life in a wheel chair. Soon died from respiratory failure. George Floyd died while being strangled by police. These song feel the pain through the lyrics and lead up to overcoming these incidents of hate!

Actually, The Lindy Hop era as well which included wild dancing; acrobatic moves, glide, slides, flips, and dips. The Singing and Instrumentation was quick and on point. The rhythms and syncopation took off on their own and "scat singing" was like our Rap music today! African American music has grown by leaps and bounds. It continues to evolve and be allowed to share in the development and genres.
